The Backyard Farming Connection Hop #99

The ducks finally got outside into their run and the chickens are now more firmly contained for the upcoming winter months.  Besides that, most of the work around here lately is just cleaning out the barn, animal housing, and gardens.

This week's feature from Montana Homesteader: How to Ripen Green Tomatoes in 5 Different Ways

I want to know what's happening, in your garden, on your homestead, in the barnyard, and in the kitchen.  Whatever is in your backyard farm and home, I would love to hear about it.

Each week I will share some of my favorite posts on the Backyard Farming Connection Facebook page.  And in case you haven't seen, I have a 'featured button' so if you've been featured in the past, grab a button.

For details on linking up visit the hop page.

  3. Hello! I feel like I haven't been here in forever! I took the summer off of blog-hopping but now I'm back with an especially tasty treat: Pumpkin Spice Cider (with Whiskey.) Happy Fall and thanks for hosting! :)
