The Backyard Farming Connection Hop #69

As I type this, there is some sap happily steaming away on the stove.  This week we put in just a few taps and got a few lovely buckets of clear sap.  Boiling my own sap for syrup gives me an even bigger appreciation of the lovely sweetness we so easily pour over our pancakes in the morning!
