The Backyard Farming Connection Hop #19

This week was all about the snow here in NY (even though we only got about 8 inches). The animals seem much less daunted by the snow than they were a few months ago, but I'm starting to get the itch for spring.  This week's featured posts are all about the season - Valentine's Day and hardening off those seedlings.  Have a wonderful week!

Keep Valentine's Day green this year with some tips from These Light Footsteps

If your starting seeds indoors this year, don't forget to harden them off before planting them outside.  This week Black Fox Homestead has some great advice on Hardening Off.

I want to know what's happening, in your garden, on your homestead, in the barnyard, and in the kitchen.  Whatever is in your backyard farm and home, I would love to hear about it.

Each week I will share some of my favorite posts in the newly formed Backyard Farming Connection Facebook page.  And in case you haven't seen, I have a new 'featured button' so if you've been featured in the past, grab a button.
